How does the rental process work?
Once you submit a booking request on our website, our team will review the details and give you a call to discuss your options and customize your experience. After we finalize everything, you'll receive a contract by email. Once the contract is signed, you'll be able to make your payment and secure your booking
What is the general availability of the van?
The van is available any day of the week! If you're planning a trip during the summer or around holidays, we highly recommend booking in advance to make sure you snag the dates you want!
Can I drive the van myself? and what do I need to know about insurance and any other restrictions?
Yes, you can! after submitting your quote request, we will provide a link to book our van through Outdoorsy, which includes all necessary insurance liability protection for both you and any passengers. Liability coverage and security deposit for potential damages is required for all individual rentals.
What is the maximum occupancy of the vehicle?
Our van comfortably seats up to 8 passengers. While we love furry friends, we have a no-pet policy for the vehicle.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your scheduled event.
What are your cancellation and refund policies?
Cancellations for special occasion/family trips bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, and business bookings require at least 3 days’ notice. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies depending on the type of service and your specific needs. Base rates are available for each package, but please note that driver gratuity and event coordination fees are not included in the initial price. We’ll provide a detailed quote after reviewing your booking request.
Are there any distance or driving limits for your services?
We typically operate within a 3-hour driving radius to ensure a smooth and timely experience. If you have a destination outside that range, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to discuss custom options.
